Terms & Conditions – “10 Free Aviation Background Checks” Offer
- Promoter
1.1 This promotion is offered by Optime Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10424768 (“Optime”).
- The Offer
2.1 The promotion includes up to ten (10) free aviation background checks per eligible organisation.
2.2 Each check will be conducted to the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Airside Clearance standard, covering up to ten (10) references per check.
2.3 No cash alternative is available.
- Eligibility & Redemption
3.1 This promotion is open to new clients only.
3.2 Only one redemption per organisation is permitted.
3.3 To redeem the offer, an onboarding call must be completed with an Optime representative.
3.4 The client must sign up before 5:00pm BST on 31st July 2025.
3.5 All ten (10) free checks must be used within three (3) months of the organisation’s sign-up date. Any unused checks will expire after this period.
- Process & Timelines
4.1 Background checks will commence once all required candidate documentation has been received.
4.2 Checks may take up to sixty (60) days to complete.
4.3 Optime accepts no liability for delays beyond this timeframe and no compensation will be offered.
- Candidate Requirements
5.1 Each candidate must:
a. Complete an Optime registration form;
b. Agree to Optime’s Privacy Policy; and
c. Sign an authorisation form permitting Optime to:
i. Contact previous employers and educational institutions; and
ii. Request and process a Basic DBS criminal record check.
- Additional Checks
6.1 Any background checks requested beyond the free allocation will be charged at Optime’s standard rates in force at the time of order.
- Misuse & Refusal
7.1 Optime reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel participation in this promotion where there is reasonable belief of misuse, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with these Terms.
- Withdrawal of Offer
8.1 Optime reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time, without notice or liability.
- Combination with Other Offers
9.1 This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount, unless agreed by Optime in writing.
- Governing Law
10.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
