1. Eligibility
- Open to teams of airport operators with a maximum of 8 players per team.
- Optime reserves the right to limit entries or refuse participation based on factors such as fair play, safety concerns, and capacity limitations.
- Teams may be required to provide proof of employment at an airport operator.
2. Tournament Dates & Locations
- Tournament dates and locations are subject to change.
- Participants will be notified of any schedule changes in advance.
3. Transport
- Teams are responsible for their own transport to and from the tournament venues.
- Parking arrangements will be communicated separately.
4. Player Safety
- Participants play at their own risk. Optime is not liable for any injuries sustained during the tournament.
- Players must wear shin guards.
- Basic first aid will be available on-site, but participants are responsible for their own medical insurance and any further medical expenses.
5. Class of ‘92 Appearance
- The appearance of the Class of ‘92 is subject to change.
- Optime does not guarantee the presence or availability of any specific Class of ‘92 member.
6. Photography & Videography
- By participating, teams and players consent to the use of their images and videos for promotional and marketing purposes by Optime and its partners.
- Professional photographers will be present at the tournament.
7. Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to adhere to a code of sportsmanship and fair play.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct, including but not limited to verbal or physical abuse, will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including disqualification.
- The consumption of alcohol or the use of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited during the tournament.
8. Tournament Rules
- All participants must abide by the official tournament rules, which will be provided separately.
- Referee decisions are final.
9. Disclaimer
- Optime reserves the right to modify or cancel the tournament at any time.
- Optime shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest).
10. Agreement
- By registering for the tournament, teams and individual players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
11. Data Privacy
- Optime will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be found on the Optime website.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
